I think this is a great concept. Maybe try it without the tail? I think the mouth or an eye would be enough to suggest a shark. I think the speech bubble would be easy to see without the tail. Good luck!

Yes, I agree with Musa, it's a little bit complicated to see the quote at first glance but, beyond that, it's a really cool one.

I think because the quote is upside down, it doesn't read as a quote. Perhaps adding in the underneath fin would help it read better. Other than that, nice typography and neat design. I like where it's going.
