I think the mark is really nice, but the text does not match the logo or the concept. Maybe try a different font or some custom lettering. Hope that helps!

OK, here's what I think u should do:



The lower part of the "g"; give it a color of a seed AND move ONLY THIS PART (the seed) downwards. So what u'll get is the letter "g" looking like a seed under the ground giving birth to that leaf (which u'll leave untouched) over the ground with th rest of the letters.
