I like the logo (P) but not too crazy about the font and name. Also, it looks like a bamboo plant, not a palm tree. So maybe change the name to a "bamboo-ish" name? Just my suggestions.

I really like this. Very corporate. I think you should do more color variations to sell this, bolder colors. Maybe do a mock-up (biz care, office space sign, etc.)

I'm liking the retro feel here :-)
