Wow, can't believe the domain name is available!

I wonder if it'll look better with at least 1 black stripe for the bee. Right now, if the type is taken out and I'm seeing it for the first time, I don't see a bee in the mark. Just my opinion...

I really like the BW version.

Cool. The mark has an ethnic feel to it, especially the shape of the hands.

I think something with pointy serifs might work well, to echo the pointy shapes of the Phoenix's tail. A clean serif font or a bit "exotic" one. Trajan Pro or Philosopher might work... just thinking on the top of my head.
