I like it... but. It is so beautifully complicated, it needs to be bigger. It just doesn't work at a small size. It would lose all that beautiful complexity if used online as well. In color this is more like art and should be put on the side of a building. The black & white is the best of the variations.
The mock ups look great. But, is the TM for real? Getting a Trademark is pretty expensive is why I ask. I would think the price would be a lot higher to pay for that addition.
Never mind. I read where abuse of the TM symbol is actually encouraged. Just afraid doing so will then make it less then useless. sigh
Good! Did so. Well the forum anyway. Got them to a good spot I thought. Uploaded them but there are problems with the vector files, which I corrected. But it looks like I'll need to upload them again.
This looks a lot like the logo the city of Phoenix in Arizona uses. Like any government body they are sue happy. This is close enough they may give you trouble. Just FYI.
I know what you mean. I did widen the original 's' a little and narrowed up the 'v' as well. Also the original 'a's had longer descenders. I didn't want it to be too perfect or make the original font unrecognizable. This is the first font I ever bought and this is the first application where it truly works. Thanks for the feedback! I always appreciate it!
Thanks. And thank you for creating such a great venue for us logo designers! It is a relief to know that great designs will have a chance at a life outside of a portfolio.
Thank you and thanks for the spring.
