i like the mark but it took me a min to figure it out. if you want to make this a 2 color i was thinking a redline at the top of the base. Red can also symbolize what bulls charge at and the red line of a speedometer. just a thought

Hallelujah! Funny idea but i think this one needs some work (or youve been working too much) Not so keen on font and i only see 1 woman. I see you using more of a rounder font like arial rounded and a few smaller women or raindrops inside the umbrella to represent many.
