This mark is so goooood, I really like it a lot. But I have to say, the finish is not so good, the name is too large in relation to the symbol and the balance is a bit off. It looks like they don't quite match up. My suggestion would be downsizing it by around 40 % and center it in the middle.
My eye is telling me that you're more on the left side with the symbol. There’s no rule saying the symbol should be centered, but, I think it would look better. I hope you won’t take my opinion the wrong way.
