First: Take some time to align everything properly.
Second: Try another font
Third: For the logo itself, I can't even see the details.. adding color to this will make a lot of difference.. fill with color, scrap the outlines. If you want to use the outlines for an optional version, at least thicken the lines some.
I like the direction you're going with the logo aspect, but not so much the colored type..
Also, what is the logo representing? From what I understand there are 4 elements (wind, water, earth, fire)... maybe consider arranging 4 of them in a squarelike position, but keep the rounded style and color scheme going... just give each of the elements their own identity, like how you got the orange one going now. That way it'll work as a single color also.
In my opinion, the flame works better on the other logo..
Before I read the bit about it being taken from another one of your logos, I already knew it wasn't created specifically to go along with the dude.. seems 'forced' if you catch my drift. Consider changing the style of the flame some.. something simpler and not so modern/round looking.
Makes those changes and we'll go from there..
Edit to add: Either change the style of the flame, or the dude, to have it balance out more.. either way.
Thanks for the springs and fav. :D
Cheers
