In the designer's words:
The brand would most likely be used in financial resolution or aiding clients manage their portfolios.
The small rings used were from the 3 o's in the name. Same spacing, just shrunken and rotated.
The logo (should you decide to use it individually) then creates what looks to be a key-shape.
The other meaning it has to me, is the steps to success; the third step landing within the larger circle.
So, that's where I come up with 'The key to your success', as it has a double meaning. But it isn't blatantly obvious - not that all logos are anyway. Of course, the slogan is just an example.
