I envision the brand 'hauschat' (house-chat) as a consulting business specializing in the Real Estate market, it could even be a relating website or blog. It could be an education/training-based business for the property market. Basically, this brand would work for any house/home/property business. The logomark incorporates a speech which also becomes the block of land.
The domain (hauschat.com) is included in the price. Colours and tagline revisions can certainly be changed upon request.
